1805<\/strong>: Mar\u00eda Matilde De Mattias was born on the 4th of February in Vallecorsa, a mountain village in<\/p>\n\n\n\n

in the province of Frosinone, in the octave of two children of Giovanni and Ottavia De Angelis. Su<\/p>\n\n\n\n

priest, from a bourgeois family, also held the position of Gonfaloniero of the municipality of<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vallecorsa in 1820; Her mother, born in Ferentino, was an impulsive woman with a<\/p>\n\n\n\n

strict education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of Mar\u00eda Matilde's brothers, only the last survived: Michele and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antonio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1822<\/strong>: During a popular mission in Vallecorsa, I heard the sermons of Father Gaspar del<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buffalo, Roman priest and founder of the Missionaries of the Precious Blood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The encounter with this saint was crucial for the life and spirituality of the future<\/p>\n\n\n\n

founder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1824<\/strong>: Conoci\u00f3 to Don Giovanni Merlini, Misionero de la Precios\u00edsima Sangre, collaborator of<\/p>\n\n\n\n

San Gaspar and his second successor as Superior General, since 1857, dies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

March, with the opening of the first school, founds the Congregation of Adoratrices<\/p>\n\n\n\n

of the Precious Blood of Jesus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1835<\/strong>: Welcome your first companion, Anna Farotti, and with her celebrate the first "congress"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

of the nascent congregation, where its fines and name were officially established<\/p>\n\n\n\n

of the Institute. Father Giovanni Merlini is also present. Farotti abandons<\/p>\n\n\n\n

later the Institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1836<\/strong>: With his seven first companions he was temporarily transferred to the episcopal palace,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Summer residence for seminarians from Anagni, located in Acuto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1837<\/strong>: She and her companions professed the simple vows of humility, obedience, poverty and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

chastity. Public votes were introduced into the congregation in 1885.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1838<\/strong>: Presents the first Rules of Life to the bishop of Anagni, Vincenzo Annovazzi, for his<\/p>\n\n\n\n

approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1843<\/strong>: In Acuto, he definitively moved with the community to the old hospital, which was<\/p>\n\n\n\n

acquired and restored. This would become the mother house of the Congregation of the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ASC. A small church dedicated to the Inmaculada is attached only to the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1885<\/strong>: The native congregation received a decree of approval from Pius IX. The final approval<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He arrived in 1878.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1857<\/strong>: I ordered to print the "Reglas and Constituci\u00f3n de la Congregaci\u00f3n de las Adoratrices de la<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Precious Blood of Our Se\u00f1or Jesucristo". Presented to the authorities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ecclesiastical in 1853, the Rules were approved in 1897.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1866<\/strong>: He died in Rome on August 20, in Via Rasella, at the age of 61.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1950<\/strong>: On the 1st of October, Pius XII proclaimed her blessed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1960<\/strong>: Las Adoratrices opens the first house in Cabeza del Buey, (Badajoz) \u2013 Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1970<\/strong>: L\u00e9garon las ASC a Guinea Bissau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
