Celebration of the Most Precious Blood
Celebration of the Most Precious Blood
The CPPS Provincial Assembly, meeting in Cáceres (Spain), celebrated the Feast of the Most Precious Blood with lay people from various groups within the community of St. Matthew, served by the Missionaries. Lay people who recently became part of the Family of the Most Precious Blood also participated.

In the late afternoon, the Eucharist was celebrated, presided over by Father António Baus, who in his homily shared the meaning of Blood in the scriptures and in our times: referring to the shape of the chapel where the celebration took place, resembling a boat, he said that the Blood of Jesus is a sign of the total love that all Christians are called to live. All participants partook in communion in the form of the Body and Blood of Christ.
The celebration of this July 1st ended with a gathering around the table.
