You are precious – Precious

This is one of the messages that St. Gaspar del Bufalo left for the world: you are precious to God. For you, Jesus shed his blood on the cross. For you, Jesus loved to the point of giving his own life.

Father Ilídio, currently on mission in his homeland, São Nicolau Island in Cape Verde, with several Christian communities under his care, is spreading the richness of the CPPS spirituality through catechesis. As a significant gesture, he distributed small bracelets with the message "I am precious to God" to children, teenagers, young people, and adults. Now it is up to each person to understand the message in their catechesis group, in their parish community, in their family, in their school, on their island, in the world…

This is one of the pillars of the Christian spiritual life: knowing that, regardless of any human circumstance, only God can give dignity and value to human life.
