Borehole construction in Guinea-Bissau

The Missionary of the Most Precious Blood of the Italian Province, Don Terenzio Pastore has a project to build drinking water wells/boreholes in Africa, as in Tanzania.

Dom Terenzio shared with the Iberian Province CPPS, namely with the Guinea Bissau, the construction of a well. The well has already been built and the construction cost €17,100.

The missionary priests built the well in the middle of the community and the management of the well will be done by the people of the community.

These initiatives are a godsend in Guinea-Bissau, as only a small minority has drinking water at home. With this project, families will begin to have drinking water closer to home.
