Aid arrives at the Guinea-Bissau Mission

During the month of February 2025, the Missionaries of the Most Precious Blood in Portugal sent computer equipment and school for his mission in Guinea-Bissau.

Since 1999, the Missionaries of the Most Precious Blood have been present in Guinea-Bissau carrying out projects pastoral and also at the level of education and health.

The aid that has now arrived in Guinea-Bissau is earmarked for education at the Professor António de Vasconcelos High School in Safim. A dozen and a half monitors, keyboards, and mice for the high school's computers, as well as 10,000 notebooks, were donated.

The Missionaries thank the donors and also all people who collaborate in the different campaigns for the Guinea Mission: scholarships, training, health and education.

We would like to remind you that there are volunteers from Proença-a-Nova developing computer programs for the Lyceum, and this assistance complements this modernization effort.

In 2025, €5,500 were sent to scholarships which are intended to support 40 pre-registered adolescents. €5,500 was transferred to support the Health Care Center.
