Priestly Anniversary of Father Luís Manuel

He was born in Proença a Nova (Portugal) in 1962.

He joined the Congregation of the Missionaries of the Precious Blood in 1986.

Ordained a priest in Proença a Nova on July 19, 1987.

Thanksgiving for the gift of the priesthood.

Holy and merciful Father,

I come before You with a heart grateful for the gift of the priesthood.

Everything I am and everything I have received is a gift from You.

which was entrusted to me for a time, 39 years ago now,

and intended to be shared.

In celebrating this anniversary of priestly ordination,

I thank You for all those who have accompanied me in this ministry.,

who lived the mission with faith, courage, and love,

and that's what they passed it on to me.

Help me to receive this legacy with gratitude.,

take care of it wisely,

and to transmit it with generosity and hope.

Send Your Holy Spirit upon me and the whole CPPS family:

guides our synodal dialogues in our community gatherings,

It inspires our decisions in our apostolates.,

and strengthens our bond of charity.

May all of us CPPS Missionaries be faithful stewards of the gifts we have received.,

so that others may find Your love through us and our charism.

I will lift up the cup of salvation and call upon the name of the Lord. (Psalm 115)
